In the administrative sector, AI already automates tasks such as data entry and management, basic accounting and financial reporting, meeting scheduling and agenda management, and automated responses to emails or requests for assistance.

While AI input produces improved efficiency and reduced human error, this sector will suffer over time as roles such as secretaries, administrative clerks, junior accountants, and call center workers by gradually replaced by automated software.

This is therefore one of the areas of greatest concern for social impact, given the high number of people involved in the sector.
