This principle must always be kept in mind: AI, no matter how advanced and super-intelligent, will always remain a product. <\/p>\n\n<p>All forms of reversal of this condition, should be regarded as lacking logical and legal grounds.<\/p>\n\n<p>If anything, possible forms of addiction that humans may develop toward certain features and applications will have to be kept in check, as has already happened with other technologies, from television to video games and social media. &#8220;Digital detox&#8221; is a period in which we abstain from the use of electronic devices such as smartphones and social media. This practice can also be applied to artificial intelligence.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The application of digital detox can be a proper measure to reduce stress and improve well-being by returning to focus on oneself, the present moment and the real world, freeing oneself from dependence on the artificial world.
