Three increasing levels of Artificial Intelligence are defined in the scientific literature: Narrow (ANI), General (AGI), Super (ASI). <\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Artificial Narrow Intelligence (ANI) is dedicated to specialized functions. In many areas-for example: intelligent search engines, voice and visual recognition, machine translation, autonomous driving-it has, however, already effectively surpassed human reference capabilities. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), is endowed with self-learning, aims to achieve human intelligence in a general sense, thus with the ability to deal autonomously with different domains, even without having received specific training, and perform typical human roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Super Artificial Intelligence (ASI) defines a level at which human intelligence is surpassed. This is the so-called technological singularity, a hypothesized point in the development of a civilization where technological progress accelerates beyond the ability of humans to understand and predict. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>There is disagreement in the scientific community as to whether the technological singularity can actually be realized, but the topic is much debated and given its scope and disturbing nature, it should be considered.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Artificial Intelligence revolution has just begun, yet already close waves of revolutionary innovation are predicted.
